- The Company shall maintain the confidentiality of the whistleblower's personal information. Access to such data will be strictly limited to personnel responsible for the investigation, and the whistleblower shall be accorded protection pursuant to the Company's Whistleblowing Policy.
- The reported information will be forwarded directly to the Internal Audit Department and the Audit Committee, which are independent of the management. However, the Company reserves the right to disclose information only to the extent necessary to relevant parties for the purpose of ensuring fairness and facilitating the verification of facts.
- The Company reserves the right not to consider the complaint if it is found to be unfounded, intentionally misleading, constitutes malicious intent to defame others, or contains insufficient information necessary for a thorough factual investigation.
