Pruksa Real Estate led the team to survey Baan Pruksa 70 (Chalong Krung-Ladkrabang Industrial Estate), setting the project site as a prototypical site for Bangkok Green Community Project. Collaborated by Environment Department, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, the project attempts to encourage residents to reduce the amount of waste and garbage, treat waste water, and take care of the environment in a sustainable way.
